We built on the successes of the 2009/10 season (finalists in the Cup and Division 3 Winners) by winning the Leinster Schools Cup at under 13 level. This is our first major trophy in six years. The boys beat Gaelscoil Uí Fíadh 4-3 in a nail bitingly tense final. The winning Cup Team was Kevin Huchinson, Conor Quigley, Sean Devlin and Adam MacDonagh. The team then beat Blackrock College 6-0 in a play off to represent Leinster in the All Ireland Schools Final. Sean MacDonald and Sean Flynn joined the squad for the match. It’s hard to believe that Easter has come and gone and that we are now in the final run up to the exams and indeed the summer holidays! The Parents’ Association would like to wish all the exam students the very best of luck in the Junior and Leaving Certificates, and we wish everyone a pleasant and relaxing summer holiday. Just before the Easter Break the Association held a Table Quiz for parents and supporters in the Ballyboden St. Enda’s Clubhouse.
